Good news - OPERATION UNFATHOMABLE has moved into layout! After completing the final editorial pass, Jason has turned the manuscript over to Jez Gordon, who even now may be working his unknowable and mind-shattering layout sorceries!
All the illustrations for OPERATION UNFATHOMABLE are in, including Stefan Poag's marvellous chapter headers - two of which are included below.
In Dungeon Crawl Classics conversion news, Paul Wolfe has completed his conversions for OPERATION UNFATHOMABLE, which are now undergoing editorial review. We're extremely excited with what Paul's been cooking up in his conversions, and are looking forward to bringing it to you soon.
If you're in the area, feel free to drop in and say hi to Jason or the rest of the Hydra Collective heads at North Texas RPG Con, running from June 1-4 in Dallas. After the con, we'll be heading back to our various lairs to keep slugging away at the next big step: cutting the Odious Uplands down to size and squeezing them all into the next book!

You’re not touched by Chaos yet – I can see it in your eyes. You don’t have the taint of the Underworld upon you yet. Good, good; we can work together.
You’ve entered on a mission from the Surface, yes? Plumbing the depths of the underworld in a desperate raid? Excellent. You may call me Comrade Ghrengan. I bring you intelligence from the Grey Dwarf Insurgency.
Jason Sholtis and the scribes of the Hydra Cooperative are hard at work on bringing OPERATION UNFATHOMABLE to you. While they had initially hoped for a March release, the project – the Great Work – continues at breakneck speed!
OPERATION UNFATHOMABLE is currently undergoing a final editing pass from Michael Haskell before being passed over to Jez Gordon for layout. Meanwhile, Stefan Poag is already hard at work constructing his diabolical chapter headers. Chris Kutalik is editing the ODIOUS UPLANDS, while Jason concocts even more mind-blowing art for the project.
This map, by the illustrious Karl Stjernberg, will help you on your plans against Shaggath Kai (cursed be his name, and thrice cursed beyond!). It is approximately mostly accurate and will probably not get all of you killed. Good hunting!
Expect further intelligence on the ODIOUS UPLANDS soon. The Grey Dwarf Insurgency will one day triumph! Death to the beings of Chaos!
